As the Director of Operations for Encore Partners LLP, Susan ensures the daily operations of all aspects of the firm run smoothly and efficiently with grace and tact.  Susan oversees Operations and Account Receivable, HR compliance and recruiting, employee coaching, client relations, firm event planning and marketing in pursuit of the highest client satisfaction and firm’s success.

Susan holds a Master’s degree in Communication and Information Studies from the Rutgers University.  She is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP^®) by Society of Human Resources Management. Susan has a proven track records in legal, financial, banking and IT industries for her outstanding office management skills and exceptionally service-oriented attributes.

In her spare time, Susan also enjoys cooking, baking and entertaining for her family and friends.

Love cooking and baking and trying new recipes. When your family and friends love your culinary creation, that is the best feeling!

Your life was filled with love, compassion, and empathy and you never stopped loving your life every day with curiosity and gratitude.

What are 2 things on your bucket list?
– Completing Canadian Rockies by rail.
– Creating a cooking studio and offering cooking classes.
