I know you have been receiving an onslaught of emails from various contacts and stores regarding how they are handling the current COVID-19 situation and so have hesitated to send out one of my own. However, since the virus has continued to spread and the government has put stringent guidelines in place, I felt the need to reach out to you.
Here at Encore we continue to focus on providing exceptional client and tax services. Our current client service model will allow us to continue to service you without interruption, as many of our staff members already work remotely and others have been equipped to do so.
Many of you are familiar with our secure client portal which allows you to upload your documents directly to us instead of sending them via email, we will continue to utilize this service. Please contact us if you need a client account created for you. For those of you that do not have a scanner, there are many apps available that you can download, such as “HP Smart” or “Adobe Scan”. This will allow you to upload any needed documents directly from your phone.
Our client meetings will now be hosted through ZOOM, and phone calls continue to be an option.
I know that soap and hand sanitizer is becoming hard to find. We do have some of the individual bottles of hand sanitizer left from our open house and would be happy to provide you with some. Please email our office directly to arrange pick up if needed.
