What a Busy Season!

Dear Clients,

What a busy season!Betty Coaching (307x460)

April 18, 2016 marked the end of this year’s traditional busy season. I am now able to take a step back and view the last few months for what they were, a success.

When I measure success, I do so by reflecting on the relationships that have been built or strengthened during the season. While I will admit that busy season is tough on us all, I will also say that it is worth it. It is during this very busy and stressful time that we are able to connect with our clients on a personal level, sometimes a REALLY personal level.

By now you are probably familiar with the tax process and are aware of Encore’s commitment to client service and thoroughness. You are aware of this, no doubt, due to the numerous questions and confirmations of information you have received over the past few months. This is done out of our desire to provide you with the best possible service. We care about you and want the best possible outcome for all of our clients, so yes we look at everything!

Throughout the return process we get to know each and every one of you on a level that often only a trusted counselor would; so thank you for allowing us that privilege. We learn about the on goings of your life through many of the submitted documents and details you provide such as the buying and selling of a home, a child going off to college, which daycare your toddler is attending, the start of school for your Kindergartener, the birth of a newborn baby, divorce, marriage, investment transactions, retirements, the success or loss of a business, job changes, moving out of state, inheritance/family disputes and so much more. To be there for you in any capacity is a privilege and we appreciate you giving us not only the opportunity to assist you through your ups and downs, but for trusting us with this information.

The wealth of information we gather from you for your tax returns, provides us with the opportunity to assist and advise you on your tax planning for the upcoming tax year and identify financial savings that you may be able to take advantage of.

It is our desire to work through your agenda along with you. When you cry, we cry; when you laugh, we laugh. Each moment you experience on your journey, whether good or bad, is something we to experience as we assist you with your tax return and provide advisory services.

Thank you for another year of trust and support. Mike and I consider it a privilege to serve as your trusted tax, business and financial advisors.

Cheers to another year!
